Shipping & Return

We ship our products to anywhere in the world. Swimwear Place offers FREE shipping on all standard air mail orders. If you need expedited service, please refer to the chart below for shipping rates and delivery time.

Please also note that UPS and TNT cannot deliver to P.O. boxes and APO addresses. You need to provide us your physical address and real phone number if you choose to use UPS or TNT.

Swimwear Place does not collect duty or sales tax for international orders. However, we are NOT responsible for any duties, tax or fees levied by your government if there is any.

Your order will usually be shipped within 2 or 3 business days. You will receive a notification email when your order is shipped. A tracking number will be provided if you choose expedited service. A tracking number is not available for Air Mail orders as post offices don't record detailed shipping events.

Swimwear Place is not responsible for shipping or other delays which are beyond its control. If your package does not arrive within the time frame specified above, please contact us with your order number via email: support@swimwearplace.com.

Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for your shopping convenience. However, we strongly suggest taking advantage of our sizing information. Please note that size could vary depending on the swimwear manufacturer. The sizing of the products on this website is different from the typical American size . We have provided the sizing charts on every product detail page to help you to size your swimsuit correctly. This will help minimize the possibility of needing to exchange or return an item. In order to keep our prices very competitive, we have the following guidelines:

• The swimwear items must be in their original condition, not worn or altered, as it was shipped to the buyer. All tags must be attached to the garments.
• Returns must be received no later than 2 months from the date you placed your order. However, please try to send your return back to us as soon as possible. Note that shipping charges associated with expedited service, such as UPS, EMS, will not be refunded. Return costs and exchange shipping costs ($8 for one item, $4 for each additional item) are the responsibility of the customer.
• All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 18% of the price of the returned item(s), which is used to cover shipping and processing expense. Should you elect exchange or to receive store credit, the restocking fee will be waived. In the unlikely event if we receive a return from clearance section requesting refund, store credit will be issued with 18% restocking fee deducted. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Please allow up to 3 weeks for the credit to appear on your account statement.
• A one time exchange is permitted for unworn merchandise with an available style, color and size.
• Only exchanges and store credits will be issued on clearance items.
• Please note Tonga & Thong bikinis can not be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons.
• In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, we will gladly replace it with the same item with no shipping charge. To get a replacement, you must contact us by phone or email within 3 days of receiving the defective item. We are NOT responsible for lost packages being returned. We are not responsible for packages dropped off and not signed for. Be sure to give us a secured address.

Need your exchange quicker for the upcoming season or vacation? We understand! Go ahead and place a new order online for your exchange item. Then, simply contact our customer service by phone or email, and let the representative know you need to do a "Quick Exchange," and let us know the return order number and your exchange order number. We will arrange for your return order's restocking fee to be waived (as an exchange would). Please note, place your new order online before contacting us and returning your products in order for the restocking fee to be waived. This does not apply to orders where you place a single order for multiple sizes, and plan to return one size.
