Shipping & Return

We ship our products to anywhere in the world. The available shipping options are as follows:

(1) Registered Air Mail: You receive your order in 10 to 20 days after your order is placed depending on your location. There is no shipping charge when you choose this shipping method.

(2) United Parcel Service (UPS): You receive your order in 4 to 7 days after your order is placed. Since UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes, you have to provide physical address if you want to use UPS.

(3) Express Mail Service (EMS): You receive your order in 6 to 10 days after your order is placed.

A shipping notice will be sent to you within 5 days after you placed order. If you did not see any email within that period, you may want to check your spam/junk mailbox. The information is also available on our website, you can log into your account to check your order status and track number.

Swimwear Place is not responsible for shipping or other delays which are beyond its control.

We have provided a few websites at the bottom of this page for your convenience. The shipping status may not be updated promptly by post offices, and event information may not be available if your item was mailed recently; also, some countries' post offices may not provide online tracking service, such as Royal Mail, Australia Post, you need to call post office to inquire status.

Returns and Exchanges

  • If you're not 100% satisfied with your swimwear purchase, We accept returns for replacement or refund. But the swimwear items MUST be in their original condition, not worn or altered, as it was shipped to the buyer. All tags must be attached to the garments (NO exceptions).

  • All exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery. Returns must be received no later than 30 days from the date you placed your request for a refund. Note that shipping costs associated with your order as well as shipping fees incurred to return the merchandise will not be refunded.

  • Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Should the purchaser elect to exchange or receive a store credit instead of a credit card credit when returning merchandise, the restocking fee will be waived.

  • In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, we will gladly replace it with the same item with no shipping charge. Absolutely no returns will be accepted for any reason later than 40 calendar days from your order date. We are NOT responsible for lost packages being returned. We are not responsible for packages dropped off and not signed for. Be sure to give us a secured address.
