We ship our products to anywhere in the world. Swimwear Place offers FREE shipping on all standard air mail orders. If you need expedited service, please refer to the chart below for shipping rates and delivery times.

We recommend you to use Air mail or EMS since Express couriers, such as UPS and TNT, may charge brokerage fee. Please also note that UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. You need to provide us your physical address and real phone number if you choose to use UPS.

Swimwear Place does not collect duty or sales tax for international orders. However, we are NOT responsible for any duties, tax or fees levied by your government if there is any.

Your order will usually be shipped within 1 or 2 business days. You will receive a notification email when your order is shipped. A tracking number will be provided if you choose UPS or EMS as your shipping method. A tracking number is not available for Air Mail orders as post offices don't record detailed shipping events.

Swimwear Place is not responsible for shipping or other delays which are beyond its control. If your package does not arrive within the time frame specified above, please contact us with your order number via email: support@swimwearplace.com.

Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for your shopping convenience. However, we strongly suggest taking advantage of our sizing information. Please note that size could vary depending on the swimwear manufacturer. The sizing of the products on this website is different from the typical American size . We have provided the sizing charts on every product detail page to help you to size your swimsuit correctly. This will help minimize the possibility of needing to exchange or return an item. In order to keep our prices very competitive, we have the following guidelines:

• The swimwear items must be in their original condition, not worn or altered, as it was shipped to the buyer. All tags must be attached to the garments.
  
• Returns must be received no later than 60 days from the date you placed your request for a refund. Note that shipping charges associated with expedited service, such as UPS, EMS, will not be refunded. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  
• All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the price of the returned item(s). Should the purchaser elect to exchange or receive a store credit instead of a credit card credit when returning merchandise, the restocking fee will be waived. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Please allow up to 3 weeks for the credit to appear on your account statement.
  
• In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, we will gladly replace it with the same item with no shipping charge. We are NOT responsible for lost packages being returned. We are not responsible for packages dropped off and not signed for. Be sure to give us a secured address.

• Please use regular postal service to return your item. If you use UPS, the brokerage fee charged by UPS will be deducted from your refund.
